Manager of an Internet shopping company, does not know how to change IE's default homepage (doesn't even know it's called a home page), does not know where Firefox downloads his files to (even though being on his desktop, it should have been rather hard to miss), does not know why the videos downloaded straight from his handphone no longer can be played (because your computer has been partially reset due to your non-ability to keep it virus free, so you no longer have the codec to support the file idiot.)

Sadly, i find that the longer i work here, the lower my opinions of the male species, especially those that are titled managers and directors.
